Viktor Bout found guilty.

Former Soviet Air Force officer Viktor Bout has been found guilty in an American court of conspiracy to sell heavy arms weapons to FARC, a Rebel terrorist group in Columbia responsible for deaths of thousands. Moscow has reacted negatively to this demanding that Viktor Bout be sent back to Moscow for a proper home trial but America has been refusing all negotiations. Viktor Bout has written in a journal about hardships he has faced in Thai and American prisons, being tortured and starved in his idea to break a plea bargain. Moscow is arguing that it is Viktor Bouts right as a Russian citizen to a fair trial and will use diplomatic and political influence to have Viktor Bout-who claims he was unjustly captured- returned to Russia to be tried under their justice system.
