A brand new stealth bombing aircraft has been developed by The Russian Airforce for use within the next year. The aircraft is equipped with advanced radar, plasma stealth technlogy and advanced weapon systems. This is just another small step in a massive reform of Russia's military. The extensive overhaul of the Russian military is supposed to end in 2012 with an additional $800 billion added into the system. Russia's moderization of their military is felt as a neccessity as threats of western governments and middle eastern nations. NATO has kept a close eye on the Russian military build up in the past 4 years.
