Troy Davis a man convincted of murder completely on eye witness evidence has been put to death. This has come after years of protests to let him go as no evidence has proven him guilty. Moments before being put to death by lethal injection, the supreme court called and had the execution held off for 90 minutes to revise the decision which was not over turned and he was executed. His case was widely debated for there was a lack of evidence and he was thought innocent by most people involved in the case. Questions are bought up about the death penalty and executing the innocent.
