US Radar possibly downed Russian drone

A pacific coast radar system owned by the United States may have quite possibly caused the Russian Phobos-Grunt satillite/bot system to malfunction and lose connection with the Russian Space Communications Agency. An electromagnetic pulse, which was released by the Ameican Radar system may be the cause for the failed mars probe mission. The EMP wave may have disrupted all electronics in the PHobos-Grunt probe and caushed it to malfunction, it is under investigation and under going tests on the pieces that landed back on earth.
