Viktor Bout, notorious Russian arms dealer and former Soviet Air Force commander is being charged with smuggling weapons to sell to Columbian FARC soldiers who are in a fight against US backed government. He has pleaded not guilty to 4 accounts charged against him. He was captured when American DEA agents were undercover and arrested him when he tried to sell them many different kinds of weapons. Viktor Bout sells all different types of weapons including Surface-to-air missiles, assault rifles, grenades, planes and hand guns. There has been a 4-6 year operation by the US to capture Viktor Bout in the act of selling weapons.
